Sta. Rita Hills Sparkling Wine

Fesstivity is a small production sparkling wine label started by the Fess Parker Family in 2015. All Fesstivity wines are made in the méthode champenoise using only Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Sta. Rita Hills. Fesstivity's lineup of wines includes a Blanc de Blancs, Brut Rosé, Blanc de Noirs and Brut Cuvée.

2017 Anniversary Cuvée
Our inaugural vintage of Fesstivity’s “Anniversary Cuvée” was released in honor of the Fess Parker Winery’s 30th anniversary. This was a milestone we felt especially proud of as a family owned and operated business.

The Anniversary Cuvée is a special wine that’s made using Méthode Champenoise techniques and bottle aged en tirage for an extended period of time. It represents our commitment to making the best wines that we possibly can, year after year.

While every anniversary might not be as noteworthy as a 30th, we’ve continued to make a very limited amount of this wine each vintage as a way of commemorating the time that has passed and the opportunity we’ve had to continue doing what we love as a family.Cheers to whatever anniversary you may be celebrating!
