We are pleased to report that our new “Five Star” Fess Parker’s Santa Barbara Beach Front Hotel continues on schedule.
Here is a brief update from American Traditions:
 ADMI is engaged to provide project management services. - Henry Lenny Design Studio is engaged as concept designer and will assist on the approval process by the Historic Land Commission.
- Gensler & Associates was engaged to finalize construction drawings.
- Gensler & Associates has submitted Grading, Site Development, Site Utilities, Foundation and Core and Shell Packages to the City of Santa Barbara for approval.
- Wilson and Associates is providing Interior Design services.
- Melchiori Construction Company is engaged as General Contractor
- Melchiori is providing pre-construction services and project pricing.
We will keep you updated as we move forward with this exciting project.
